Puck - A Military Midsummer Night's Dream

An adaptation of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, exploring the themes of conflict and authoritarianism from the play, with the setting of a modern-day war. Puck is depicted as a spirit of war, transcending space and time to scavenge from battlefields. The costume features design elements from WW1 British uniforms, Persian fish-scale armour, Medieval European armour, and Samurai lacing. The chainmail is hand macraméd wire, the armour is constructed from EVA foam, the parachute cape is authentic, salvaged parachute ripstop, and the shoulder pads were quilted.
